Investigations
Our investigation services include workplace investigations and civil and criminal litigation support. Because each case is unique and presents its own set of challenges, we work with our clients and/or their counsel to develop and implement an investigation plan that addresses the specific issues and allegations. As part of our investigative process, we gather and preserve evidence, identify and interview witnesses, and offer an independent, thorough, and reliable assessment of the facts, producing results our clients can rely on.
Workplace Investigations
Seabold Group has conducted many sensitive workplace investigations, including high-profile investigations of public institutions, elected officials, and political entities, as well as investigations of employees, officers, and board members of private companies. We regularly investigate all types of workplace allegations: harassment, discrimination, hostile work environment, whistleblower complaints, wrongful terminations, computer and email misuse, financial integrity, and regulatory and policy compliance issues, among others.
